The "Computer is Infected" Message is actually part of the infection. If you have this message popping up, chances are you do not have adequate protection on your system so the message about "Windows has detected spyware infection!" is not true. Versions of Windows earlier than Window XP Service Pack 2 are not capable of doing anything against ANY spyware infection. Any kind of protection from spyware or any other malware on systems prior to Windows XP SP2 must be done by third party applications such as Symantec or a good firewall.
HOW DID YOU GET THIS "COMPUTER INFECTION"?Chances are you have inadequate computer security on your system. Maybe you went to Google or Yahoo and typed in "crack serial" to get some pirated software and found a site called "keygen.us". And that site loaded itself into you browser but you noticed that it loaded something called "xxx.exe." And shutdown your browser due to something called a buffer Overflow attack that most versions of Internet Explorer are highly supseptible to. Number one rule of surfing securely is DO NOT USE INTERNET EXPLORER. And don't wait for IE7 either, use Firefox:
