This message means that your system has been compromised due to lack of security. The "Windows Security Center has detected" portion of the message makes it seem as if the message is some type of alert generated from the Windows operation system. The message comes from a virus, trojan or worm (collectively known as malware). If you have the "warning your computer is in danger" message you will likely have a combination of trojan files and emailers, worm applications and virus' on your system.
